The boats are very stable and safe.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h4>How should I dress?<\/h4>\n<p>Ideally, lycra or nylon shorts and t-shirts are recommended for summer activities. Longer \u201cbase layers\u201d are suggested for cooler days. We suggest you wear old running shoes or sandals for the activity.<\/p>\n<p>We have showers, toilets and lockers for your convenience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warm weather:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>wear a hat to cover your head<\/li>\n<li>Sport wear\u00a0 (avoid coton)<\/li>\n<li>Sun scream<\/li>\n<li>Sandals or sport shoes<\/li>\n<li>Reusable water bottle<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cold weather:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>wear a hat to cover your head<\/li>\n<li>Sport wear\u00a0 (avoid coton)<\/li>\n<li>Nylon jacket &amp; pants<\/li>\n<li>Sandals or sport shoes<\/li>\n<li>Reusable water bottle<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h4>Will I be wet by the end of the activity?<\/h4>\n<p>No, you should not be wet by the end of the activity, unless a teammate decides to spray you&#8230;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h4>Will the activity take place even if it rains?<\/h4>\n<p>Yes, the activity will take place.
